MODULE 4 – THE PROCESS
This module gives you practical step-by-step, instructions on how to healthily process your emotions so you can clear your triggers once and for all and permanently elevate your vibrational frequency. It also includes what to do when you are out and about, timesaving tips, and an outline of what you can expect at different stages of the process.
