MODULE 2 – INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW
In this module, we outline the course and the best approach to it. We also outline the progression from a low-frequency to a high-frequency state, and the role your emotions, thoughts, and design play in it.
MODULE 3 – UNDERSTANDING EMOTIONS
In this module, we give you the background behind your triggers, why they develop, and how they inform your behaviour and choices. We also outline the energetic impact on your vibration when your emotions are not healthily processed.
This module gives you practical, step-by-step instructions on how to healthily process your emotions, so you can clear your triggers once and for all and permanently elevate your vibrational frequency. It also includes what to do when you are out and about, timesaving tips, and an outline of what you can expect at different stages of the process.
MODULE 5 – CONTINUING YOUR JOURNEY
Once you are comfortable with processing your emotions in a healthy way, this module takes you to the next steps towards fast forwarding your spiritual progress.
MODULE 6 – REAL-LIFE EXAMPLES OF HEALTHY PROCESSING OF EMOTIONS
This module gives you real-life examples of the process in action, using different levels of emotional intensity. We also conclude each example with a debrief, breaking down the nuances of each step and tying it back to the process.
